A mortgage is the biggest financial commitment most people make in their lives, which is why they turn to experts like L&C for guidance. The Marketing team at L&C develops and maintains L&C’s Partnerships, which help us bring our mortgage offering to a wide audience.
As Marketing Executive, you’ll provide admin and marketing support to ensure that our relationships with our partners are successful. By making sure that our partners receive relevant information and data, and by providing insight and support to help improve customer on-boarding you’ll help us to stay ahead of the game.
You’ll be a key point of contact for our partners, many of which are blue chip companies, and a high level of professionalism will be expected at all times. You’ll be producing reports and presentations to help visualise performance and trends, as well as writing copy and sourcing images for partner adverts and web pages. You’ll also be involved in ensuring the correct tracking and attribution is applied to our partners' traffic by creating landing pages and other assets.
L&C is authorised and regulated by the FCA and is classified as an Enhanced Firm under the Senior Manager’s and Certification Regime (SM&CR). This role is subject to the 5 FCA Conduct rules and you will be expected to adhere to them at all times if successful in your application.
We’re looking for someone who’s able to manage multiple work-streams and deliver against tight deadlines whilst maintaining extremely high standards. You should be comfortable dealing with key stakeholders both internally and externally, and have the confidence to agree actions and deliver against them. A keen eye for detail and strong excel skills are a must, and experience of using tools such as Google Analytics to report on performance would be preferable.
You can always count on the support of your colleagues in the Marketing team and there's training available on our systems, but we’d like you to be able to pick things up quickly and bring some of your own expertise.
We’ve got big plans to grow and improve our marketing communications, so you’ll need great prioritisation skills to max-out on productivity and results without compromising on quality. You’ll be able to work effectively as part of a team but also on your own initiative and deliver projects to a high standard.
You’ll be keen to keep learning and try new things and passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience. But you’ll also be able to see the bigger picture and be capable of applying caution and mitigating risks (we work in a regulated industry after all). You may have a marketing qualification or you may be self-taught, but either way you’ll have experience and be able to evidence your achievements in email marketing.
