Terms and conditions

1. The service is provided by London and Country Mortgages Limited (L&C), Unit 26 (2.06), Newark Works, 2 Foundry Lane, Bath, BA2 3GZ.
   
   
2. Employers that offer their employees benefits via Aon UK Limited, including the introduction to a mortgage adviser, may enter into an agreement for L&C to provide advice.
   
   
3. Such agreement will include a commitment by L&C to send a digital retail gift card of £50.00 to the employee following completion of the first mortgage contract for a qualifying employee.
   
   
4. A qualifying employee is a permanent(full or part-time) member of the PAYE staff of the employer at the time the qualifying employee makes initial contact with L&C, provided that they are not at the time an existing or previous client of L&C.
   
   
5. L&C reserves the right to approve status as a qualifying employee and may delay or refuse payment of a gift card if it reasonably considers that these terms and conditions of the service have not been complied with.
   
   
6. L&C reserve the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time without notice, if in its discretion, it deems such action necessary.
   
   
7. Gift cards will be issued to qualifying employees within 60 days of completion and receipt of lender commission to L&C.
   
   
8. When making initial contact with L&C please be prepared to provide details to allow approval of status as a qualifying employee.
