We’re looking for a Protection Online Applications Processor to join the team in our Bath office. You’ll be responsible for helping our customers to accurately complete and submit their protection online application form directly to the insurance provider.

The Role

As a Protection Online Applications Processor, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing online bookings using a calendar booking system.
  • Checking protection quotes for accuracy, ensuring the information on the quote matches the customer recommendation letter and fact-find on MPS (in-house system) and ensure the decision from the provider is logged on MPS.
  • Assigning a Protection Case Manager to every new application and managing case levels across the Protection Case Managers.
  • Sending welcome emails to customers to acknowledge new applications that have been submitted and informing the customer of their assigned Protection Case Manager.
  • Checking that the case is fully compliant as per the guidelines set by the Compliance department.
  • Overseeing the mailbox ‘LC Life Admin’ and forwarding any email correspondence from providers to the relevant Protection Case Manager’s PF folder.
  • Supporting the Protection Case Managers with ad hoc tasks, for example, document checking (acceptance terms and policy documents), updating addresses with providers.
  • Accurately documenting all action taken on a case via MPS.
