We have offices in Bath and Newcastle, but our advisers and case managers deal with customers from across the UK, whether it’s over the phone or online.

Our chosen charity
We’re proud to support our nominated company charity, Winston’s Wish (now part of Child Bereavement UK), the UK's leading childhood bereavement charity. Each year Winston’s Wish provides practical help and support to children facing the grief of the loss of a parent or sibling.
