How we're paid
When people hear for the first time that we’re fee free, they often think there’s a catch. But there isn’t one! We get paid for our service – just not by you, the customer.
Like all other brokers, we receive a payment from the lender when the mortgage completes. The difference is that, unlike other mortgage brokers, we simply choose not to charge our customers a fee on top of this.
You’ll pay no more applying through us than you would going directly to the lender on the same deal – but we’ll also handle the entire process for you.
We've saved people up to £3,272 in fees
Many have been used to paying a mortgage broker a fee in the past, which could have been between £250-£3,272 based on 1.5% of our average mortgage size (as at April 2024). But our advice is, and always has been free – since 1999!
