I found L&C Mortgages via a Google search, I am really glad that I did as they were very efficient and dealt with my mortgage application promptly and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. I was in rented accommodation at the time. I had saved for a few years to enable myself to put down a deposit on my own home. I feel I now have a better life as my house will be my own and I am no longer funding somebody else’s future. My mortgage is due for renewal in January 2027 after my 5 year fixed term ends and I will be reaching out to L&C once again to find me the best deal.
