How to enter
Simply apply for your mortgage through L&C between 14th July – 14th October and you could win up to 6 months of your mortgage payments. It has to be a mortgage on your home (not an investment property) and, when the draw takes place later in the year, you need to have either completed your mortgage through L&C or still have a valid mortgage offer in place.
What do you mean by ‘apply?’
To qualify, you’ll have received a formal mortgage recommendation from an L&C adviser and then provided us with all the information necessary to make a successful application for the mortgage on your behalf before the promotion deadline.
What’s the prize?
One winner will receive up to £7,665 towards their residential mortgage payments in 2027. The winning amount will be based on your monthly mortgage payments and will cover up to 6 months, capped at £7,665. This amount is based on our average customer’s monthly mortgage payments based on residential applications in the 90 days preceding 3rd June 2026.
When will the winner be announced?
One winner will be drawn at random from all qualifying entries on 2nd December and contacted by email by 9th December 2026.
